MFW: Simonetta Ravizza

Simonetta Ravizza immagina una donna dallo stile hippy-chic, disinvolta e metropolitana, ma lussuosa e femminile.

Accanto a pezzi classici troviamo capi più moderni, dai pantaloni dal taglio maschile, alle salopette e bluse, alternate al leggero chiffon.

La palette estiva si compone di tonalità naturali, ma viene vivacizzata da cromie corallo che infondono luminosità alle belle giacche in cachemire.

Attingendo agli anni 90' , Simonetta Ravizza rivisita un suo iconico pezzo: le denim jacket vengono infatti reinventate, dando vita ad un' inaspettata capsule collection; il look sofisticato della stagione si celebra poi nella limited edition di borse sartoriali, ispirate da un gusto di colorblock accattivanti, con toni che vanno dal fuxia al verde, al giallo fluo e beige.

La Primavera/Estate 2014 si presenta come una collezione estremamente lussuosa, dove - too bad - non mancano abbondanti pellicce, capo storico della maison.

Simonetta Ravizza imagines a hippy-chic women, casual and metropolitan, but luxurious and and girly.

Besides classic pieces, the designer presents modern street-style outlooks, such as masculine pants, jumpsuits and loose chiffon blouses.

The summer palette includes natural tones and coral flashes , which instill brightness to the beautiful cashmere jackets.

Looking back at the 90s , Simonetta Ravizza rivisits an iconic must have of hers: the denim jackets are reinvented and renewed , creating an unexpected capsule collection; the sophisticated look of the season is accessorized by an interesting tailor-made limited edition bag collection, inspired by the aesthetics of charming color-blocks, with tone of fuchsia , green, fluo yellow and beige.

The Spring/Summer 2014 collection looks extremely luxurious, and -too bad- fur coats, abound.

We Love Desigual Party! P/E 2014 "For Everybody Sex Fun & Love "

Lo scorso giovedì abbiamo partecipato al party di Desigual , presso il loro store in Corso Buenos Aires, per celebrare la prima sfilata del brand durante la New York Fashion Week.

Last Thursday we attended Desigual party at their store in Corso Buenos Aires, in order to celebrate the brand's first runway show during New York Fashion Week.

La sfilata è stata trasmessa in streaming all' interno del negozio, grazie ad un maxi schermo, permettendo di ammirare una collezione davvero interessante , ricca di mood diversi e all' insegna del colore .

Uno show fresco, divertente e particolarmente "animato", grazie alle carismatiche super top Tali Lennox e Amber Le Bon e a un front row particolarmente attento e divertito.

La collaborazione con Monsieur C. Lacroix continua e i capi della sua linea appaiono sempre particolarmente sofisticati , dalle trame poliedriche e multicolor; interessanti anche le proposte in bianco e nero, un ritorno all' optical , in chiave moderna e divertente.

The show was live streamed in widescreen, revealing a very interesting collection, inspired by different moods, real tribute to color.

It' s been a vital, fun and "animated" event, thanks to the presence of charismatic supermodels Amber Le Bon and Tali Lennox, and to a fascinated and entertained front row .

Monsieur C. Lacroix continues his collaboration , presenting  particularly sophisticated clothes, with multi-faceted and colorful accessories ; the proposals in black and white were very interesting, a return to optical style, in a modern and fun way.

Per l' occasione , abbiamo scelto di indossare gli splendidi bracciali T- Bet; ci stanno piacendo particolarmente e saranno nostri fedeli accessori della prossima Fashion Week milanese !

Waiting for Vogue Fashion' s Night Out

Ci aspetta un Settembre denso di appuntamenti con la moda, a partire dall' ormai nota Vogue Fashion's Night Out; dopo Firenze, sarà la volta di volta di Milano, anticipando la Fashion Week 

- dal 18 al 23- nella serata di Martedì 17.

Più di 500 negozi parteciperanno all' iniziativa, con l' intento di avvicinare il mondo delle passerelle ai cittadini, in una notte magica.

A intrattenere il pubblico , cocktail party, Dj Set e collezioni limited edition proposte da tutti i brand partecipanti, il cui ricavato servirà alla riapertura del campo sportivo di Quarto Oggiaro.

Molti gli sponsor della serata, tra cui , di nuovo, spicca il nome di Campari che, nella location del Camparino in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, ospiterà la premiazione del Red Passion Prize

September is going to be packed with fashion events, starting from well-known Vogue Fashion's Night Out; after Florence,  Milan will be celebrating the night of shopping, anticipating the Fashion Week - 18th to 23rd - on Tuesday, 17.

More than 500 stores will join the initiative, aiming to bring the world of catwalks closer to people in a magical event.

To entertain the audience, cocktail parties, DJ sets and limited edition collections proposed by the participating brands, whose proceeds will be donated for the re-opening of Quarto Oggiaro's playing field.

Many the sponsors of the evening, including, again, big name of Campari, which is going to host the award ceremony for the Red Passion Prize event at Camparino's .

Gipsy Chic - Living Colors

Il colore e la materia sono i protagonisti del vernissage che ha visto giovani artisti esporre tele e abiti di scena, nella cornice del Globe Cafè di Varese.

Luciano Presta porta opere pittoriche, Riccardo Ghisoni modellini architettonici interamente hand-made, e Natascia Menegatti (Read Me) i costumi di uno spettacolo teatrale.

Questa insolita scenografia diventa il palcoscenico di una piccola sfilata dall' allure spontaneo: un abito-gioiello si sporca di colore e incontra l' essenza del circo, grazie a tessuti leggeri e modellabili e a corde che richiamano le performance artistiche di Aerial Rope.

La moda di Natascia si apre a taglie small e curvy, seguendo la filosofia che "tutti dovrebbero poter vestirsi di colore" .

Colors and materials are the protagonists of the vernissage that took place at Globe Cafe in Varese last Saturday, exhibition of young artists' canvas and stage costumes; Luciano Presta offers his  paintings, Riccardo Ghisoni his entirely hand-made architectural scale models , and Natascia Menegatti (Read Me) brings her costumes, designed for theatrical performaces.

This unusual set becomes the stage for a fashion show with a spontaneous beginning: a jewel-dress gets stained with color and gets into the spirit of Circus, thanks to lightweight and fluctuating fabrics  and to strings that recall artistic performances of Aerial Rope.

Natascia's fashion embraces all sizes, following the philosophy that "everyone should be able to dress with color."
