Cosmopolitan & Manolo... Fashion on TV !

Pare che i telefilm stiano progressivamente accantonando l' attenzione per le trame, in favore di uno sfoggio sempre più evidente di un certo tipo di lifestyle e trends.

Sono finiti i tempi di Friends, dove i protagonisti gravitavano intorno a storie ben costruite, dialoghi memorabili e situazioni che ancora oggi ricordiamo con un sorriso.

L' era di Sex & The City si è pian piano inserita e, accanto ad un soggetto accattivante, sono stati costruiti personaggi diventati delle vere e proprie icone viventi.

Come dimenticare Carrie, Miranda, Samantha, Charlotte e i loro problemi di cuore che, diciamocelo, sono stati resi ancora più intriganti da un contesto di Cosmopolitan e Manolo Blahnik.

Abbiamo assistito anche alla progressiva sovrapposizione di attrice e personaggio, dove Sarah Jessica Parker è riconosciuta e quasi intercambiabile per la parte di Carrie Bradshaw appunto.

It seems that TV shows are progressively setting aside plots in favor of attention to lifestyle and trends.

Gone are the days of Friends, when the characters were directly connected to clear stories, memorable situations and speeches that we still remember.

Here is the Sex & The City age, where an interesting synopsis is part of the backround and the real protagonists are the fashion icons made out of it.

We can' t forget about Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte' s love problems which, being honest, have got more interesting by the Cosmopolitan and Manolo B. framework.

We have seen the progressive overlap of actress and character, when Sarah Jessica Parker is almost unchangeable with Carrie Bradshaw herself.

Rivolto ad un pubblico più giovane è 90210, remake alla moda di Beverly Hills, 90210 : anche qui la tendenza è presentare personaggi variegati che rispondano a diversi canoni di bellezza.

Dal grunge ad uno stile rock, da capelli perfettamente acconciati a jeans e anfibi slacciati, ce n'è veramente per tutti i gusti !

The trend is preatty clear, all the characters got their own styles, from grunge to rock, going through perfect hairstyles and unlaced combat boots.

Basta accendere la TV per trovare l' ispirazione insomma e, se ancora non aveste trovato il vostro "telefilm fonte di idee", fidatevi di noi... 

La tendenza continuerà su questa strada !

              Per la serie "a volte ritornano" ...

Parliamo delle bretelle, accessorio tipico del guardaroba maschile d' altri tempi, recentemente entrate nei must have femminili.

Già in uso nel '700 ,  sono state modificate e ingentilite fino al '900, dove hanno preso piedi modelli e forme attuali.

Negli anni '70 hanno poi definitivamente preso piede come indumento unisex  ma è da qualche stagione che sono tornate sulle passerelle più note  con colori e trame sempre più curiose.

Non certo un capo facile, le bretelle necessitano di un look studiato ma allo stesso tempo semplice , regalando un fascino androgino a chi sceglie di osare.

L' esempio ci arriva anche dalla TV dove sempre più spesso  le vediamo indossate, regalandoci l' ispirazione per qualche outfit.

to dare.

Un solo consiglio: attenzione all' outfit, altrimenti l effetto Steve Urkel ("Family Matters")  è dietro l' angolo !! 

Braces are cool, male accessory turned into female habit, they surely get into the must have billboard...

Just a tip : be careful with the whole outfit, otherwise the "Steve Urkel effect" is right around the corner !!
