Last but not Least ...Alta Roma hosts: Angelos Bratis

Seppur con un po' ritardo, ecco le nostre impressioni della presentazione di Angelos Bratis, durante la scorsa settimana di Alta Roma.

Nello scenario suggestivo di Palazzo Firenze, gli abiti della capsule collection "Neon-couture" hanno preso vita in un connubio di colori e luci .

Un contrasto di grande intensità tra l' ambientazione dai richiami barocchi e la pulizia degli abiti, dalle linee semplici e i volumi classici.

Di seguito alcune delle foto scattate durante l'evento.

Although it's a little late, here you find our impressions about Angelos Bratis' presentation, during the last Alta Roma edition.

In the evocative set of Palazzo Firenze, the clothes from the "Neon-couture" capsule collection came to life with bright colors and vivid lights; the contrast between baroque architecture and the simple lines of the clothes is really impressive.

MIPEL - Urban Expressions: Vegan Style !

Un piccolo marchio per una grande causa...La tutela e la salvaguardia del nostro ecosistema.

Urban Expressions, giovane marchio nato Oltreoceano ma con già un alto numero di seguaci anche nel Vecchio Continente, ha presentato alla fiera della pelletteria Mipel di Milano i suoi prodotti totalmente cruelty free.

Il brand propone infatti prodotti vegani che non contengono tracce di animali e la cui realizzazione non ha intaccato l' ambiente.

E come potevamo, Cari Cool Hunters , sorvolare su una proposta tanto importante  ??

Finalmente anche il mondo della moda si sta avvicinando a quello che è un rapporto di convivenza e rispetto con ciò che ci circonda. 

Basta a test sugli animali, basta a pelle e pellicce, basta a maltrattamenti e abusi... La donna di Urban Expressions sarà il simbolo di una nuova generazione più cosciente di ciò che siamo e di ciò che possiamo diventare.







A small thing for a great cause ... The protection and preservation of our ecosystem.

Urban Expressions, young brand born in USA but really appreciated in the Old Continent too, presented its totally cruelty free bags, during Mipel , The Bag Show in Milan.

The brand proposes vegan products that do not exploit animals and support the increase of fresh oxygen on the earth by saving lush forests.

And how could we skip such an important proposal ??

Finally, fashion world is getting closer to a concrete relationship of coexistence and respect for what surrounds us.

Enough with animal testing, enough  with fur and leather, enough with mistreatments and abuses ... 

Urban Expressions' woman will be the symbol of a new generation, more aware of what we are and what we could become.

Milan Fashion Week : Super presents ... Caterina Gatta

E' giovane, è italiana ed è un'amante del vintage. 

Si chiama Caterina Gatta e dal noto mensile Elle Italia , viene definita come la promessa del Made in Italy.

Abbiamo conosciuto le sue creazioni durante la presentazione dello scorso Sabato 23 Febbraio, presso uno dei più importante appuntamenti della Milan Fashion Week : la fiera dedicata ai giovani brand e agli stilisti esordienti: Super!

In una sorta di Mix & Match materico, la donna di Caterina si trasforma e si evolve in figura pregnante di significato, divenendo il vero trait d'union tra passato e futuro.

She' s Italian, young and vintage lover.

She is Caterina Gatta , described by the famous Elle Italia magazine, as the new Made in Italy talent.

We were so lucky to get to know her creations better during her  last presentation, on Sat Feb 23rd: the occasion was Super, fair dedicated to young brands and upcoming designers, one of the main event of Milan Fashion Week.

Like in a sort of material mix n' match, Caterina's woman is powerful and evolves into trait d' union between past and future.

Se dicessimo "calzino", a cosa pensereste?! 

A un indumento per lo più, pensiamo.

Pochi sanno invece che un semplice calzino può trasformarsi in una bacchetta magica e risolvere quasi tutti i problemi di hairstyling di una ragazza moderna.

L'autunno ormai è nel pieno del suo vigore: intense giornate di un grigio londinese, le prime pioggerelline tanto amate dalle fans della piastra e sopratutto il primo freddo...

Addio giornate in spiaggia e al sole... Benvenuto caro vecchio autunno!

Ma non disperate, Ottobre non è poi così male se si considera che da questo mese prenderanno il via le numerosissime svendite di moda e accessori dove showroom di Milano e provincia venderanno, o meglio..quasi regaleranno, capi della nuova collezione.

Sfortunatamente è molto difficile riuscire ad avere gli inviti, proprio per la loro segretezza, e la maggior parte delle volte solo professionisti del fashion business riescono ad accaparrarsi le migliori offerte lasciando a noi "comuni mortali" l'illusione dei saldi...
