Non è difficile seguire la moda, specialmente quando sei circondato da bellissimi negozi e showroom.

Ci troviamo oggi a Forte dei Marmi, meravigliosa cittadina di mare, famosa per il senso della moda e le grandi possibilità di shopping.

Sarebbe facile scegliere una delle numerose vetrine, entrare in quel negozio e lasciarsi guidare dalle proposte attuali.

It' s not hard to follow fashion trends, especially when you' re surrounded by beautiful stores and showrooms.

Here we are today in Forte dei Marmi, beautiful seaside town, famous for the fashion sense and the huge shopping possibilities.

It could be easy to pick one of the many windows, get into the store and be guided buy the current proposals.

Beh... Non è quello che CoolAunts vi suggerisce di fare !

Il "Forte", infatti, rappresenta una grande fonte di ispirazione, dallo street style , sempre decisamente chic, ai negozietti nascosti, geniali nelle loro proposte che, spesso, nell' arco di qualche mese, si rivelano futuri must have.

I kaftani de "L' Ape Operaia", le borse in pelle (ed eco pelle ) degli espositori fiorentini al mitico mercato, gli oggetti  retrò-chic di "KoseRose" e gli abiti vintage haute couture.

Well... That' s not exactly what CoolAunts suggest you to do!

"Il Forte" actually represent a massive source of inspiration: from a definitely chic street style, to tiny shops with quite genial proposals that, sometimes, became must have few months later.

"L' Ape Operaia" 's kaftans, leather and eco leather purses from Firenze in the famous weekly market, retrò-chic stuff from "KoseRose" and vintage haute couture dresses.

Ne abbiamo già parlato ma urgono aggiornamenti... I nuovi Reality di MTV ci danno l' occasione per riparlare di Beats e headphones come accessori moda.

Ferlito e compagne in "Ginnaste - Vite Parallele" indossano le coloratissime Urbanears,  mentre i ragazzi di 

"Calciatori - Giovani Speranze" optano per le già citate Beats.

D I Y - Do It Yourself!

La passione del DIY (acronimo di Do It Yourself) ci coinvolge da vicino: complici gli alti costi dei nostri oggetti del desiderio, emerge il nostro lato "Mc Gyver".

L' estate appena trascorsa ha visto tra i suoi protagonisti i braccialetti di Aureliè Bidermann, semplici catene dorate ornate di fili di cotone colorati.

I materiali scelti ne giustificano l' alto costo ma, ahimè, li rendono spesso inaccessibili.

E' proprio da queste esigenze che si sviluppa la moda del DIY, occasione che permette non solo di curare nei dettagli la realizzazione dell' oggetto, ma anche di ridurre al minimo le spese.

Sul web abbiamo trovato parecchi portali che illustrano, step by step, la creazione del bracciale, ma quello che abbiamo scelto di condividere è quello di Simylicious86.

Yes Dorothy, there' s no place like home

Nell' era in cui i navigatori la fanno da padrone ovunque, le scarpe col GPS mancavano.

Il prototipo del designer Dominic Wilcox è in effetti un paio di stringate maschili pronte a riportarne a casa il possessore, in qualsiasi parte del mondo lui si trovi.

L' ispirazione viene proprio da "Il Mago di Oz", dove la protagonista Dorothy indossava magiche pantofole rosse in grado di ricondurla a casa, in Kansas.

Quelle di Wilcox funzionano in maniera simile, possedendo infatti un GPS che può essere attivato proprio da un colpo di tacco, il quale comunica la direzione a una fila di LED disposta sulla punta.

La scarpa col GPS informa in maniera wireless l' altra che ha invece una serie di luci che mostrano progressivamente quanto si è vicini a destinazione.

Il design è curato nei minimi dettagli e la calzatura risulta nel complesso gradevole ed elegante.

La suola reca un' illustrazione raffigurante una mappa stilizzata, mentre la pelle scelta per l' interno e per i lacci è rossa, voluto omaggio alle scarpette di Dorothy.

Le nuove tendenze portano davvero a perdere l' orientamento... Per fortuna che da oggi ci danno anche il modo per ritrovarlo!

During the last years navigation systems became very popular but a pair of GPS shoes is what we were really missing.

The prototype of the designer Dominic Wilcox is actually a pair of male lace up shoes that will drive their owner home, anywhere in the world he is.

Inspiration comes directly from "The Wizard of Oz" where the protagonist Dorothy used to wear red magic slippers.

Wilcox' shoes work in a very similar way: there' s a GPS embedded in the heel which can be activated by back heel clicks and the direction is immediately communicated   to a row of LED located onto the toe point.

The shoe with the GPS wirelessly tells to the other one to show how close you are to the destination.

The design is very nice and elegant: an illustration is drawn onto the sole and the leather used for the inside is actually a small reference to Dorothy' s slippers.

Following new trends can be hard and sometimes we get lost... Luckily now we know how to deal with!

              Per la serie "a volte ritornano" ...

Parliamo delle bretelle, accessorio tipico del guardaroba maschile d' altri tempi, recentemente entrate nei must have femminili.

Già in uso nel '700 ,  sono state modificate e ingentilite fino al '900, dove hanno preso piedi modelli e forme attuali.

Negli anni '70 hanno poi definitivamente preso piede come indumento unisex  ma è da qualche stagione che sono tornate sulle passerelle più note  con colori e trame sempre più curiose.

Non certo un capo facile, le bretelle necessitano di un look studiato ma allo stesso tempo semplice , regalando un fascino androgino a chi sceglie di osare.

L' esempio ci arriva anche dalla TV dove sempre più spesso  le vediamo indossate, regalandoci l' ispirazione per qualche outfit.

Already used in 1700, have been modified up to 1900, where they finally took actual models and forms.

In the 70s they turned into a unisex garment, but from few seasons they definitely came back on the most famous catwalks with very particular textures and colors.

Certainly not an easy item, braces need to be mixed with attention and they give an androgynous appeal to those who choose 

to dare.

TV gives a great example with inspirations for some outfits.

Dopo averle viste al collo di Eminem, David Guetta, Kobe Bryant, Gwen Stefani e Justin Bieber , le celebri cuffie stanno invadendo l' Europa, dove Ibrahimovic e Balotelli si fanno pionieri di questo fenomeno tipicamente americano. 

Le Beats, in poco tempo, sono diventate un "must have" che giovani di tutte le età desiderano, trasformando un semplice accessorio hi-tech in un vero e proprio trend da seguire.
