Halloween Cool Hunting !

E' l' unico periodo dell'anno in cui tutti portano una maschera, non solo io. La gente trova divertente fingere di essere un mostro, io passo la vita a far credere di non esserlo. 

Fratello, amico, fidanzato, tutte maschere che indosso ogni giorno. Qualcuno mi definirebbe un impostore... Io preferisco considerarmi un maestro del travestimento!"

Così ne parla Dexter Morgan, in un' epica citazione, ricordandoci , se fosse necessario, che mostri, maschere e travestimenti sono una realtà decisamente relativa.

Halloween, infatti, può diventare l' occasione per osare , non necessariamente con denti da vampiro e sangue finto, ma con look estrosi che , nella quotidianità, non avremmo il coraggio di sfoggiare.

La bombetta, vezzo terribilmente british, può diventare così un accessorio divertente , sicuramente originale e adatto a una serata così :

"I love Halloween. The one time of year when everyone wears a mask... not just me. People think it's fun to pretend you're a monster. Me, I spend my life pretending I'm not. Thank to this epic Dexter Morgan' s quote, we' d like to point out  how monsters , masks and disguises are a definitely a relative thing.

Halloween becomes an occasion to dare, not necessarily with vampire teeth or fake blood, but with a fanciful look that, in everyday life, we would not have the courage to show off.

A bowler hat- so British!-  can be a pretty funny accessory, very original and suitable for a night like this:

Rock N' Chic with Calzedonia

Lo storico marchio italiano è pronto a lanciare un "nuovo" trend.

In ritardo di qualche decina d' anni osiamo dire, Calzedonia propone un collant dalla fibra innovativa, la lycra fusion, che promette di ovviare all' inconveniente delle calze smagliate.

Il materiale, infatti, impedisce alla trama di sfibrarsi progressivamente qualora , inavvertitamente, venisse tagliato.

Non c' è solo l' intento di creare qualcosa di utile , ma anche la volontà di stupire regalando la possibilità di giocare con la moda , tramite un accessorio spesso sottovalutato come le calze; libertà dai clichè, dagli stereotipi, dalla noia e dalle convinzioni.

E' stato creato per l' occasione uno spot veramente bellissimo dove, partendo da una citazione al famoso movimento del Guerrilla Gardening, una delle protagoniste della campagna si tagli intenzionalmente il collant, in un gesto di personale creatività e proclamazione della propria individualità.

Negli anni 80' le avremmo volute al nostro fianco, insieme a una gonna scozzese e a un paio di anfibi...

Nel 2012 veniamo finalmente soddisfatte con quello che potrebbe diventare un must have , tutto da rivisitare in una chiave diversa ma terribilmente divertente.

They created a  truly beautiful commercial where, starting from a reference to the famous Guerrilla Gardening movement, one of the models of the campaign cuts intentionally her tights, in a gesture of personal creativity and proclamation of individuality.

In the 80's we would have wanted them on our side, along with a plaid skirt and a pair of combat boots ...

In 2012 we're finally pleased with what could become a must-have, ready to be revisited in a different key but still terribly funny.
